EASYANGLE
DESIGNED FOR COMFORTABLE USE
The EasyAngle design is truly unique when compared to other goniometers on the market. The large screen enables you to easily see the change in Range of Motion – a change compared to small print on plastic goniometers. One of the prominent features is the ergonomic hook that separates the screen from the bottom of the device.
Therapists can place the fingers around the hook and easily perform active assisted ROM measurement, at the same time supporting the extremity of the client. The hook also enables measurement of internal or external rotation in the elbow joint if handed to the client. EasyAngle is light and materials used comply with medical device regulations.

SOFTWARE FEATURES

History mode
The device has an embedded history mode of 5 previous measurements saved.

Calibration 0
The blinking zero marks the calibration step. This is the step in which you decide in which plane you want to measure. Once you have positioned the device by leaning it against the body, press the blue button once to start the measurement.

Main and Supplementary Angle
EasyAngle measures from 0 to 180 degrees. The result you see at the end of the measurement displays two angles
– the main angle of ROM, as well as the supplementary angle (180° – main angle).

Bubble indicator
The blinking bubbles appear once you lean the device outside the original plane of movement. The measurement does not stop once the bubble indicators appear.
What you need to do is to bring the screen of the device in its original plane of movement, and simply continue measuring.

USEFUL TIPS
Learn more about how you can use EasyAngle. There are several additional features and tricks – for example after starting the measurement, the device remembers the original plane of motion, so, there is no need to keep it against the clients body during the measurement. Simply store it in your pocket and use both hands free to support the client.
The ergonomic hook enables operating the EasyAngle with one hand while the other hand can support your client.

While measuring, keep the device in its original plane of movement. If you go outside the movement plane, this will be indicated by two blinking bubbles.

Store EasyAngle in your pocket or on a table while measuring, and use both hands free

Start by aligning the EasyAngle and press the main button to start the measurement. The device remembers the movement plane in which the measurement started, and from that point, it does not require constant contact with the clients body.

After you reach end range of motion, you can take the device from the pocket or table, lean it against the body, and end the measurement. Simply ensure that the screen of the device is in the same plane of movement as it was in the starting position.

You can use both your hands to support the client.

Measure the Range of Motion and press the main button.

EasyAngle is an extensively researched digital goniometer, used in both human and canine/equine applications
COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGES

EASYANGLE APPLICATIONS

The idea about EasyAngle came directly from a physiotherapist!
Physiotherapists of different sub-disciplines use our goniometer and can testify how easy, quick and practical it is!

Chiropractic interventions often place increased ROM as the focal point.
If you want to quickly show increased cervical or head ROM to your client after interventions, you are just two taps away!

Orthopedic and physical medicine physicians, along with physiotherapists, rely on EasyAngle as a fast, reliable, and user-friendly solution for instantly identifying range of motion (ROM) limitations during patient assessments.

Occupational therapists especially value the versatility of EasyAngle.
By using a small ruler accessory you can quickly and easily assess smaller joints and fine movements!

Assessment of foot and ankle joints has special value in the domain of Podiatry.
Movements such as foot inversion, eversion, ankle flexion or extension are all made possible to quickly assess with just one versatile device and 2 taps away!

If you are a sports or performance coach you are very well aware of the risks associated with lack of mobility and range of motion in your clients.
Checking the ankle or wrist mobility, and quickly showing it to your client, and reassessing after mobility interventions has never been easier and quicker!

Pediatric rehabilitation specialists are finally presented with a tool that doesn't require both hands to operate the device!
Supporting the youngest ones with both hands is of a special value. Simply tap the start measurement button, leave the device on the side and focus on your patients reaching their full ROM. Take the device back and check the results!

Several studies have shown excellent results in non-human applications. More specifically, equine and canine rehabilitation.
Finally, you have a device that you can use with simple clicks with one hand. Besides this, useful to note is that the device doesn't require constant contact with the animals body, you can leave it on the side and use your both hands to guide the movement!

EasyAngle simplifies the task of bike fitting by providing accurate measurements in just two clicks.
The ability to set your plane of measurement freely or to measure against gravity (absolute zero) optimizes the task of making small adjustments for performance. The bike fitter can measure flexion and rotation in all directions helping to prevent injury and enhance the potential for success.

Education within physiotherapy, fitness and athletic coaching has changed rapidly in the last decade. Lecturers started implementing novel tools for motion assessment within their curriculum.
Nowadays, EasyAngle can be found in the toolkit of many educators across the globe.

Although EasyAngle was originally created for the use in clinic or rehabilitation center, many researchers have used EasyAngle to directly study its characteristics (validity or reliability) and/or as a measurement instrument.
