Coverage Timeline
Warranty coverage starts from the date of delivery and ends on the day before the anniversary of your warranty period (2 or 3 years depending on your coverage).

What is Covered
This warranty covers any manufacturing defects or malfunctions that occur under normal use and in accordance with our guidelines.
Electronic Components
Issues related to the internal electronics, including faulty wiring, sensors, or other essential electronic parts that are defective due to manufacturing.
Structural Integrity
Any defects in the product's physical structure, such as cracks or weaknesses in the material, that result from improper manufacturing processes.
Calibration Accuracy
Faults that lead to incorrect or inconsistent measurement data caused by defects in the sensor system or internal software that affect performance.
Software Malfunction
Problems directly related to the software that runs on or integrates with the product, including any pre-installed firmware that may cause operational issues.
Our Promise
If any of these issues arise under proper use, we will repair or replace the affected part or product at no cost to you.
What is Not Covered
The warranty does not cover the following situations:
Damages caused by improper or careless handling
Damage resulting from use outside of the recommended usage parameters
Cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents, and normal wear and tear
Damage caused by unauthorized modifications or repairs

If you believe your Meloq product has a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, follow these steps.

Fill out the warranty claim form on our website with a description of the issue.
Assessment
Our team will review your claim and determine the best solution.
Repair or Replace
We'll either repair your device or ship a replacement.
Return
Receive your repaired or replacement device.

Replacements
- Return damaged product for quality analysis
- New replacement shipped within 7 business days

This warranty is only valid for the original purchaser of the product and is not transferable.
