Abstract
This study found that EasyAngle demonstrates good-excellent interrater and acceptable-excellent intrarater reliability for measuring elbow joint movements in healthy adults.
Elbow flexion, extension, pronation, and supination were assessed.
Methods
Reliability study with two examiners measuring elbow ROM in 40 healthy adults on two occasions.
Results
Interrater reliability ranged from good to excellent (ICC 0.78-0.94). Intrarater reliability ranged from acceptable to excellent (ICC 0.72-0.96).
Conclusion
EasyAngle® is a reliable tool for measuring elbow joint movements, suitable for clinical assessment and research purposes.
