Abstract

This study evaluated the usability and measurement reproducibility of the EasyAngle goniometer vs traditional metal and plastic goniometers in patients post knee and hip arthroplasty.

The study focused on practical clinical application in rehabilitation settings.

Methods

Comparative usability and reliability study in patients following knee or hip arthroplasty. ROM was measured using EasyAngle®, metal goniometer, and plastic goniometer.

Results

EasyAngle® showed superior usability scores and comparable or better reproducibility compared to traditional goniometers. Time efficiency was significantly better with EasyAngle®.

Conclusion

EasyAngle® offers practical advantages in post-arthroplasty rehabilitation with excellent measurement reproducibility and improved clinical workflow.
